At Thwack Life Archery Addiction, we’re committed to delivering your order accurately, safely, and transparently. Many of our products are made to order and fulfilled through trusted partners, which helps reduce waste and maintain quality.

Order Minimum

Orders must total more than $10 USD before shipping.

Processing & Production Time

Orders are typically sent to production within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Because many items are made to order, production time may vary slightly during peak seasons or high-demand periods.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States

  • We also ship to select international locations

  • Fulfillment is handled through Printful, our production and shipping partner

If an item cannot be shipped to your location, this will be indicated at checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: Flat rate of $4.95 per order

  • Free U.S. Shipping: Orders over $75.00

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates

  • Equipment & Hard Goods: Calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Shipping rates are displayed before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Times

After fulfillment:

  • United States: 5–9 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or regional service conditions.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue when possible.
