THWACK!
THWACK LIFE STARTED WITH ONE ARROW.
That's the sound. The one that got into my head and never left. The moment an arrow finds its mark — that impact, that sound — it does something to you. At least it did to me.
Archery went from hobby to passion to obsession faster than I could explain it to anyone around me. It became the thing I woke up thinking about and went to bed still turning over in my head. It became, in the best possible way, life.
So I took the sound that represents archery in my head — THWACK — and combined it with what the sport means to so many of us. That's where the name came from. It started as an Instagram profile documenting my own archery journey. Over time, it became something bigger.
This is what it became.

THWACK LIFE IS YOU.
Not me. You. All of you. All of us.
The people who wake up thinking about archery. The ones who spend the day with it in their heads and their hands. But also the ones who are newer to it, quieter about it, still figuring out if this is their thing — you belong here just as much. Maybe more.
I'm Tim Valentino. I started this. But the moment you show up, it stops being mine.
That's not a tagline. That's the point. Thwack Life exists to be a place where target archers of every level — recreational, competitive, adaptive, returning, brand new — can learn, share, and grow without anyone making them feel like they don't belong.
No gatekeeping. No gear elitism. No hierarchy based on what bow you shoot or what your score was last weekend.
Just real archery. Real people. Real conversations.
The longer this goes on, the less you'll see my face — and the more we'll see all of yours.
That's exactly how it's supposed to work.
