It has been two years now, (the summer before the COVID pandemic happened). My short term goal is to commit to 1-2 days a week for practice at least and hour and 1/2? I need to get back into condition becaseu fatigue is real for me anyway. Best suggestions for skill building during practice. I am think at least 2-3 drills? I also need to get new arrows! Yikes!

Short term is practicing more regularly! Can't get to anything long term if I don't start there!!
